My client has a successful and growing business, and now seeks a dynamic, service driven manager to help steer the venue. Undergoing a Massive re-fit, with a focus on quality food and beverage, this already successful venue is about to take off to new heights in the coming months. With a very high profile and successful ownership group, you will enjoy ongoing development of skills and the opportunity to grow with the business as they expand
As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the venue and overseeing that the venue is working smoothly and efficiently. During your shift you will utilise your skills to maximise opportunities to increase profits and repeat business, manage and delegate to staff, have a hands on approach and lead by example. This is an exciting new venue where you will have fun at work.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a similar environment
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Current NSW RSA/RCG essential
- Strong knowledge in Gaming and all Operations of a busy venue
- Good exposure to food and beverage and knowledge of current trends in the Gastro Style settings
- Superb leadership skills
- Experienced in rostering and training
- Have a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills
- Fantastic time management
- Flexibility and vibrant personality
- Excellent personal presentation
- Cocktail experience
