Atlas People are seeking a Chef de Partie/Sous Chef immediately for Venue in a remote area of the NT. This venue is surrounded by beautiful savannah woodlands, Rock Escarpments, Waterfalls and Waterholes. This is the gateway to Gulf of Carpentaria with so many more attractions to explore. Job Description
- Working alongside Kitchen hand and Owner/Operators who can help out in the kitchen
- 3 month contract. Atlas has plenty of work for the rest of the year an beyond
- The Venue is 50-60 seater venue on Average
- Good quality pub food
About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:
- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
The Successful applicant will be a creative chef who will receive complimentary:
- Transport to and from the venue
- Suitable single accommodation
- Meals on Shift
- Competitive Hourly rate for hour you work including public holiday and weekend rates
