The Langham, Sydney opened in Kent Street in 2012 to much fanfare and media attention. We have gone from strength to strength since then and have gained a loyal following of international and local guests. We’re very excited to be opening a bar of this calibre, a space and style not yet seen in Sydney.
We're searching for talented Cocktail Bar Servers to be responsible for delivering a unique experience and join our enthusiastic and dedicated team of Food and Beverage Professionals at Observatory Bar. Set in the beautifully designed, sophisticated and luxury hotel The Langham, Sydney. We will be offering intimate table-service, bespoke cocktails, an extensive premium wine list, with five star bar snacks.

About the Role
Our Cocktail Bar Servers of our exciting new venue will be responsible to provide courteous, professional and efficient service consistent with the Langham Sydney and Langham Hospitality Group service standards, in order to maximise guest satisfaction
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience as Cocktail Bar Server in a fast-paced high-end cocktail bar environment is essential.
- A good level of product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work evenings and weekends and late nights.
- An enthusiastic and engaging personality
