Role:
- Develop strong relationships with customers in your account base
- Proactively source new business in markets assigned to you
- Respond to incoming enquiries for events as diverse as Christmas Parties, Weddings, Balls, Social and Business events
- Conduct site inspections with prospective clients
- Ensure accurate and timely contracts and relevant documentation are prepared and actioned.
Essential:
- To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 to 4 years venue sales experience, ideally in a 5 star venue, and with proven results in the Business Events industry with an existing customer network
- You will be results focused and ready to meet the challenges of ambitious budgets and your own KPI’s
- Possessing strong negotiation skills, a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to work as part of a very busy team are key to this role
- Previous experience with Ungerboeck software will be highly advantageous.
