My client - Paper & Cup is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager - ideally w' foodie / coffee background

Full Time Position – working Monday to Friday

A little about Paper & Cup

Paper & Cup is a cafe located in the Office Precinct in Milton. The Café is open Monday to Friday for breakfast and lunch and provides quality food and coffee with exceptional service to their local customers.

Join the team – Key experience & strengths we are seeking include:

• Prior experience as a café manager
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and be at your best when busy
• Able to work with your team to have fun and provide exceptional customer service
• Good attention to detail
• Stock orders; inventory management
• Able to plan ahead and think strategically
• Management of staff rosters
• Be focused on minimising waste and supporting local food producers
• Able to work full time – Monday to Friday
• Knowledge of food safety
