Are you a dynamic, savvy hospitality natural that has an infectious vibrancy, loves making guest connections & has the proven skills to execute brilliant events? We have an amazing opportunity for you at our gorgeous Hunter Valley Hotel and Wedding Venue, in the heart of Pokolbin Wine Country.
We are on the hunt for a Wedding & Leisure Sales Coordinator to join our motivated & successful Team! Reporting to the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving and developing existing and new business from the Weddings & Leisure market segment (including high teas, bridal showers, baby showers & birthday dinners) and providing support to the BDM with the MICE market (Conferencing). You will be responsible for the sales and coordination of weddings and social events and managing client?s onsite during their event.

Ideally, you'll have a Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales AND minimum of 1 Years' experience OR equivalent work experience within a relevant industry, excellent communication skills, written & oral with proficiency in English, excellent presentation skills and to be competent using Microsoft Office programs.
This role is predominately Tuesday-Saturday. There will be occasional requirements to Sundays for weddings and event expo's.
