  • One of Australia's Leading Leisure Resorts based in Queensland
  • Candidate MUST have exceptional Front Office Management experience
  • Strategising all operational functions and take full responsibility for the administration of 15+ staff in leisure, activity and guest center
  • Salary: Up to $78,000 + R&R Flights
  • Role is open for Single candidates (should the candidate have a partner who has hospitality background, she/he can work on the island in a suitable role)
  • Position is based in Queensland on a well-known island location
  • Candidate MUST be an Australian Resident or have Valid Australian Work Visa

Our client is one of Australia's leading island operators and is presently searching for a Front Office Manager who has strong administration and coordination experience along with exceptional knowledge of managing operations and coordination for leisure, activity and guest centers.

The ideal candidate MUST have a sociable and guest friendly attitude.

Key Profile:

  • Candidate MUST be exceptionally skilled in administration
  • Candidate MUST have excellent knowledge and experience of coordinating and administering .various activities of the resort with special focus on leisure activities
  • Candidate will have a proven track record of training, developing, building and motivating a team
  • Directing more than 20 staff & activity center
  • Review, revise & direct new concepts & initiatives
  • Candidate MUST hold essential certification/training diploma pertaining to snorkeling, diving, etc.
  • Ability to confidently supervise and manage boat hire, paddle boards, etc.
  • Have sound understanding of managing and maintaining motorised dinghies & general equipment
  • Managing the department's inventory
  • Mentor & develop team culture & awareness
  • Strategising all operational functions
  • Maintain of all SOP's, controls & quality standards
