Clancy's Fish Pub City Beach is seeking a highly skilled and motivated fully qualified Restaurant Manager.
Clancy's Fish Bar City Beach is beach side restaurant with sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. We specialise in quality but casual dining, with the emphasis on seafood and local fresh product, great food and exceptional customer service. If you come from a background of fast quality driven food and service - we want to meet you!
The role is a demanding one, and the successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of a busy restaurant and its staff, whilst meeting financial KPI’s as set by the company.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and mature person to lead their team in a seven day a week lunch and dinner venue.
We are seeking an industry professional with expertise in:
- Full restaurant service
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Working a large venue
- Rostering FOH staff
- Staff recruitment, induction and training
Skill Requirements:
- Proven working experience as restaurant manager or similar position
- Demonstrate career experience in service management
- Successfully promote the brand within the local community
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy in MS Office as well as experience in POS Systems
- Strong leadership, motivational, and personal skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Must be available and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Hospitality management experience, including rostering, ordering, and COG's.
- Strong leadership - people work with you, not for you.
