The Slug n Lettuce Hotel is looking for a motivated Head Chef who has the ability to lead a kitchen team.The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to successfully operate a kitchen while putting a modern take on original pub food.
Trade cooking qualifications are essential. Availability for week day, night, weekend and split shifts is a must.
