Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for the Austrian Schnitzelhaus

Established restaurant in Erina on the Central coast requires a Kitchen Manager/ Head Chef .

About the role

Min 3-5 years in a supervisory position in a restaurant or Franchise business.
To take control of the day to day running of our kitchen
To learn and follow our proven systems and procedures.
To train all staff in all our procedures and systems.
Motivate our chefs, apprentices and kitchen hands to be the best they can be.
An Entrepreneurial attitude is a must.
Must be enthusiastic, honest and willing to embrace being successful through a team effort rather than an individual one.
Must possess a Food safety certificate
Must have basic OH&S knowledge
