Are you a hungry and driven General Manag or 2IC, that wants the next step?  Then this is an opportunity not to be missed! One of Sydney's most iconic pubs, in a great location and with a solid team and client base is in need of some fresh blood. 

With strong figures across gaming and beverage, solid entertainment offering and an awesome gastro pub menu, this venue will look pretty epic on your CV as well as giving you the opportunity to progress up the ladder with one of Sydney's leading hospitality groups.

You will be level headed, customer focused and financially savvy and have several years of experience in a similar senior management position. You will know your way around a bar, love your wine, spirits and cocktails, and love nothing more than interacting with local clientele and driving sales. The Role:

• VM or 2IC of a large operation
• Very high focus on customer service
• Responsible for the success of multiple offerings within the business including bar, restaurant and gaming
• People management, motivation and leadership
• Working alongside a fantastic owner and GM who both have a passion for hospitality

You will be:

• A bit of a legend with a great attitude and permanent smile
• A hospitality guru with customer service in your DNA
• Looking to step up your career and make your mark on the industry
• Available to work full time hours including the busy shifts
• A leader who understands what it takes to run a successful business
• Cool under pressure and excited by a challenging fast paced environment
• An established and experienced DM or 2IC - 2 years minimum in a similar role
