We currently have an opportunity for a Hotel Manager looking to progress their career by joining a leading hotel group. Reporting to the Executive Manager this position offers the support and training to take the next step in your career. With an ever-expanding hotel portfolio, this position allows for career growth and opportunities throughout Australia and New Zealand.

What will you be doing?

• Overall day to day management of operational departments across the hotel including Front Office and Housekeeping
• Ensuring a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for your hotel guests
• Ensuring revenue growth whilst maintaining excellent product & service standards in line with the values of the brand
• Promoting a positive culture by developing, training and rewarding staff
• Stakeholder management, maintaining established relationships with owners and building management
• Collaboration with the Revenue Managers to ensure highest yield, maximise owner returns & management commission
• Develop partnerships with leaders across the business to develop and maintain consistent operational standards and performance

What are we looking for?

• To be proactive, strategic, highly driven with a strong service orientation
• Experience as a Hotel Manager
• Management experience within Food & Beverage
• Demonstrated management experience in a strata titled role
• Strong business acumen and commercial realty
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strong rapport and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
• Knowledge of Harvey Bay and the surrounding key tourist attractions
