Prestigious, family run hospitality group is looking for a talented Sous Chef to come on board for one of their restaurabts.

With 7 successful and very busy establishments across Sydney this is an incredible opportunity for an established Sous Chef to join a company that specialises in delivering excellent service, food and atmosphere to each of its customers.
The ideal applicant would:

• Have an in-depth knowledge of menu planning, food costing and modern Australian/Italian cuisine (specifically seafood)
• Have a strong understanding of rostering and managing wage costs in the kitchen.
• Be passionate about cooking with fresh produce
• Has the ability to take control of the kitchen and lead from the front
