We are seeking a Senior Barista to join our café team. You will have proven experience consistently producing quality coffees in a high volume, fast paced environment.
To be the successful candidate for this role you will have;
- A barista certificate
- Extensive high volume barista experience
- A bright and cheerful personality
- A willingness to meet and maintain our high standards
As a senior barista within the team you will be required to lead from the front and will be responsible for maintaining the standards within the department which may include supervising junior staff.
This could be a permanent opportunity for the right candidate, with a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts. Weekend work will be a requirement of this position each week, therefore do not apply if you are unable to commit to working weekend shifts.
