CASUAL CELLAR DOOR SALES – WINE & RETAIL
Levantine Hill, is the home of stunning vineyards, wines by legendary winemaker Paul Bridgeman and food by iconic hatted chef Teage Ezard. Nothing but the very best is on offer at Levantine Hill's breathtaking and critically acclaimed architectural masterpiece situated in the heart of the Yarra Valley's golden mile.
We are looking for casual cellar door sales team members to join our growing business.
Responsibilities:
- The ability to consistently achieve outstanding sales results
- General day to day cellar door operational responsibilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and organisation.
- Always offer the highest quality experience for our customers.
- Maximise sales revenue by fully engaging and educating the consumer.
- Checking & processing online orders
- Ensure Cellar Door presentation standards are maintained
- Promote the company's wine on and off site, as required
Ideal candidates will have:
- Good wine and food knowledge (WSET is an advantage)
- Strong sales acumen
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A current RSA for Victoria
- Positive attitude and well mannered and well presented
- An unrelenting desire to provide the highest level of customer service
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
