About the role:
This is a full time position for a hands on Restaurant Manager with career progression for the right person. Offering the highest service standards and working with a small professional team.

- Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Excellent wine knowledge - local and international
- Immaculate presentation with a professional outlook
- Fine Dining/High End Dining background in a service focussed environment
- Willing to be the face on the floor and run the pass when needed
- Career minded
- Excellent computer skills / knowledge
- Professional and positive outlook to your work
- Passionate and driven
