RELOCATION IS REQUIRED - COASTAL LOCATION
McDonald's is enjoying a period of strong growth and as a result, we are looking to grow our existing management teams. If you're looking for a change to the seaside lifestyle we have opportunities for you at our Merimbula, or Bega Restaurants.
Ideally, we are seeking applicants with past McDonald's experience, or at least two year's experience in the quick service industry. You should also possess the maturity and skills required to run a busy shift, motivate your team, develop your skills and keep it fun!
We are seeking self starting, enthusiastic applicants with McDonald's experience to join our team as we grow to the next level of operations.
The following positions are available; Trainee Managers, 2nd Assistants and Restaurant Managers. The ideal candidate will be available 7 days a week and will be required to work shift work. This is on a rotating roster, flexibility to suit individual circumstances will be considered. Promotion within is the mainstay of McDonald's, with opportunities for the right people to continue to climb the development ladder.
Packages range from $45k to 65K + Super + Bonus (goals) for Management positions depending on experience and successful completion of team goals and objectives.
Only applicants with current working visa or permanent residents of Australia will be consider.
