A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant / Senior Assistant Manager to join the team at a large club in the Eastern Suburbs.
Reporting to the General Manager the Senior Assistant Manager will take the lead role in overseeing daily operations of all departments at the venue while assisting the General Manager with the day to day back of house systems and processes.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Previous Senior Management experience
- Extensive Gaming, food and beverage knowledge
- Effective staff management and development skills
- A current Victorian Gaming Licence and knowledge of System One
- Experience with stock takes and stock control systems
- Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong administration and computer skills
- A hands-on management style
