After spending $25 million on our extension project we are now the largest hotel in Parramatta – boasting 286 guestrooms, an executive club lounge and five new meeting rooms which brings PARKROYAL Parramatta's total number of conference and meeting spaces to 13 rooms, setting a new benchmark of accommodation, facility and service distinction in the area.
We are currently looking for a Commis/Breakfast Chef to join our team.
Ideally you will have:
- A passion for the industry
- Be committed & reliable as well as creative and able to multi task
- Self motivated
- Previous experience in a similar role with experience in A-La-Carte and Banquet Kitchen Operations
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining high standards of food production and presentation
- Showing initiative re new menu ideas and recommend cost saving measures
- Ensuring that all work practices in the kitchen adhere to WHS & HACCP requirements
- Organising food production in accordance with the production list, function sheets and other special requirements
