Our Restaurants have a unique style that evokes the history of the classic "butcher shop". The casual dining experience is driven by an open style kitchen, emphasizing the theatre of food preparation by our highly skilled kitchen team.

You will be a part of a dynamic and growing brand which upholds strong company values while fostering an environment that supports employee training and development.

As part of the management team you will lead by example to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. You will maintain a high standard of food preparation and service while striving to achieve outstanding restaurant results.

The right candidate will have:

• Previous management experience 
• Customer focus and passion to create an exceptional guest experience
•  Results driven - with the ability to demonstrate previous KPI achievements
• Experience managing labour costs in accordance with budget
• Experience in stock management
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
• Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Display excellent personal hygiene and presentation
• Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
• Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
• A current RSA Certificate
