We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Quality Manager to develop, train and audit service standards and process within Food and Beverage (F&B) and associated departments.
Reporting to the General Manager of Food and Beverage, you will focus on developing and implementing successful strategies to enhance service delivery by empowering team members to create thrilling and memorable guest experiences and drive guest loyalty.
Duties
- Monitor, measure and review F&B SOP’s and prepare a plan to standardise, develop and audit the relevant business units
- Work closely with F&B managers and business stakeholders to drive a culture of service excellence
- Leading and motivating our F&B team to continuously deliver five-star service in line with The Star's Service Culture
- Ongoing evaluation of operating techniques to maximize efficiency
- Compliance with The Star Entertainment Group’s Sustainability Strategy
- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
- Manage and implement strategies and action plans from internal/external reviews to prevent reoccurrence
Requirements
- Outstanding experience in a similar role within a five-star hospitality environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and management skills
- Project management experience
- Advanced experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word)
- Proven ability to influence a large and diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
