This role would suit an experienced sous chef with solid experience looking for a change.

Job tasks and responsibilities
- Some aspects of kitchen operations.
- Cooking
- Rostering
- Stock control and rotation
- Food safety and environment cleanliness
Skills and experience
Experience
- Must be in Australia and available to interview in person for the role
- Certified Level 3 Chef
- Minimum 4 years as a chef
- Minimum 12 months working in pubs
- Minimum 2 years in a Sous Chef role
Skills and experience for this role:
- Strong organization skills and excellent cooking skills
- Proven track record in being a reliable and diligent employee
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Eye for detail
- Ability to follow instructions and learn
