Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co. is a classic burger shack experience, showcasing the freshest and most delicious burgers in town. Together with our mouth-watering burgers, our menu also features our homemade frozen custard ice-cream or "Concretes".
With ten restaurants now open across Australia and many more on the horizon, more and more people are wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience! We are now seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional with a knowledge of fast paced food & beverage operations to step into the role of Assistant Operations Manager in NSW!
As Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining customer service standards along with all aspects of operations within multiple regions including people management, financial results, sales and operational excellence.
As Assistant Operations Manager, your role will involve;
- Employee development, and training
- Optimising guest experience
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Ensuring optimal functionality of the restaurant
- Meet and exceed restaurant financial objectives by forecasting business demands, maintaining labour costs, food and wastage expenses and beverage costs
- Provide recommendations regarding cash strategies and cost control measures
What are we looking for;
- Proven multi-site leadership experience in the hospitality or QSR space is essential
- Proven influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong business acumen and experience with P&L and budgets
- Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs and maximising profit
- Excellent administration skills
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal & coaching skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced & demanding environment
- Ability to frequently travel to different regions/sites as required
