Perugino Restaurant is one of Perth's premier Italian restaurants, located in West Perth. Perugino is a fine dining restaurant that is a family run business for the past 30 years.
We are seeking a mature professional cleaner to prepare the restaurant each morning prior to service and to follow on and assist with dish washing in the kitchen when required.
The cleaning duties required each morning from Tuesday - Saturday will include sweeping and moping the restaurant floors, cleaning and restocking amenities in the bathrooms, disposal of general waste and recycling, laying out floor mats, general surface cleaning along with sweeping the outside surrounds of the restaurant perimeter.
We expect a high quality level of cleaning and all applicants must be able to withhold this standard and show attention to detail, be hardworking, punctual, reliable and dedicated to their position within the restaurant. Experience in a similar role is essential.
We also require any applicant to be able and available to work as a dish washer in the kitchen when needed. Each applicant must be able to work under the pressures of a busy kitchen, be able to follow instructions from the Chef and other kitchen staff, be efficient and hardworking.
