Serafino McLaren Vale is an award winning winery, set in the beautiful Fleurieu wine region, approx 45 minutes south of Adelaide city.
We are seeking a hospitality professional with restaurant and functions experience and a passion for wine.
The position is available due to maternity leave, soswill be aa1year tenure, however future employment may be an option.
The growth of the business has meant that we need to expand the team - ideal candidate will be a professional with waiting experience, who is energetic, fun, creative and looking for opportunities in positions such as Sommelier, Restaurant Manager & Host/Hostess and/or training staff to be able to fill these positions.
Essential attributes:-
- Previous experience in cafe/restaurant/function centre
- Wine knowledge or a keen desire to learn
- Current RSA
- Available for shifts on weekends, weekdays, day/night
- Experience in staff management
- Experience in managing large functions
