Located in Sydney's Northern beaches, we are seeking a highly motivated candidate looking for a career within one of the district's best restaurants.
As a Chef de Partie your cooking skills will be directly reflected in this restaurant's offering to discerning patrons. Success in the position over time will lead to a more senior roles.
The role carries responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the section in collaboration with the efforts of a small strong team around you. You will become part of this team that has a healthy respect for each other and a passion for creating wonderful food.
The ideal candidate will be either a strong Chef de Partie or at Junior Sous level, working within a prominent restaurant elsewhere; keen to build on their experience by joining this happy team, in an excellent kitchen.
