The Fish Factory at Morningside is Brisbane’s premier retail outlet specialising in fresh and cooked seafood. We are looking for an experienced cook to join the team in our busy dine-in seafood café and takeaway section.

About this role:

Full-time position, flexible hours. Applicant must be available for some weekend work.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

Must have a minimum of 1-year experience as a cook in a similar fast-paced environment. Commercial kitchen experience an advantage.
Sound communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
