Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for travel, happy to work in a team environment, consult across retail and wholesale and looking to step away from face to face consulting! The ideal candidate will be proficient in GDS, have extensive travel knowledge and happy to work autonomously in a productive team environment.Confident and articulate, you will engage with both direct clients and front line staff. IF you are ready for a challenge and only want to work 1 Saturday a month - APPLY NOW!

Experience Required:
- Exceptional customer service
- Confidence in working in a fast pace environment
- Passion for all things travel
- Knowledge of South Pacific destinations - an advantage
- Strong GDS skills (conversion course can be provided)
- Proven results working towards KPI's
- Minimum 2 years in the Travel industry

Job Description:
- Interact daily with both direct clients and and front line staff
- Address all enquiries with exceptional customer service
- Provide product support and destination knowledge
- Book all aspects of travel using a range of internal IT systems
- Work towards KPI's by converting enquiries and up-selling products
