We are accepting applications for dynamic, energetic and passionate Hospitality Professionals who want to work with other dynamic, energetic and passionate Hospitality Professionals.

We are seeking food and beverage staff to work in our Waxy’s venue and soon to be open Skyline Rooftop Bar.

You will work within our Guest Service Team ensuring ultimate guest service.

The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:

• Ideally, you'll have a minimum 3 years in a busy restaurant or bar environment as a bistro attendant, a la carte waiter and/or bar attendant
• You’ll have excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills
• You have a good understanding of beer, wines, cocktails and current food trends
• Hold a current RSA certificate
• You will have ‘OCD like’ levels of to attention to detail
• You are fully conversant with restaurant and bar procedures

• You have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and loads of initiative
• You handle pressure with panache and you are a multi-tasker extraordinaire
• You are creative with an entrepreneurial spirit
• You are enthusiastic and exhibit exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills
• You have a passionate work ethic ... as if you were the owner of the place
• Able to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend work, where necessary.
