Bar Duty Manager
Hotel Northbridge is a 4-star boutique hotel located close to the Northbridge entertainment hub. Due to operational demand, we have a new position available as Duty Manager.
Applicants with previous experience in hotel front office & Food and Beverage environment and knowledge of Room master system preferred but is not essential as full training is provided. Must have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Approved Manager Card.
Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, extremely high standard of presentation and be able to deal with busy and demanding situations.

Restaurant Waitress
If you meet the requirements below, you may be the person we are looking for:
- Self-motivation and confidence
- Experience in coffee making (a barista qualification will be highly regarded)
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (highly preferable)
- A bright and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work in a team as well as being capable of workings autonomously
- Maintain and ensure at all times food safety standards are adhered to

Day to day, this position requires staff to serve alcohol, prepare delicious coffees, keep the venue tidy, and maintain high levels of customer service.
