The multi award winning, multi venue hospitality operation, Gambaro Group, is eagerly seeking passionate & experienced Restaurant Supervisors to assist our enthusiastic & motivated team in opening our first Italian offering, Persone by Gambaro, in the newly built Brisbane Quarter. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you will help our group deliver incredible guest experiences in line with our reputation.

 Required Skills and attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high volume restaurant/s
• Knowledge and understanding of contemporary food and beverage concepts and products – specific knowledge of Italian food and beverage desirable but not mandatory
• Previous experience in motivating and training in a large team
• Effective planning, time management and decision making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident, engaging and professional approach
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills and an energetic approach
• High standard of grooming and personal presentation
• Able to take directions from stakeholders and work autonomously
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office suite and other hospitality software) 
• Cashier duties
• Current QLD RSA Certificate
• Punctuality, reliability and flexibility over a seven day roster
