Job tasks and responsibilities

This is an opportunity to get involved in corporate functions, weddings, concerts and sporting events where the hospitality service is on point & exceeds all expectations.

With 7 venues in the portfolio across Brisbane, these impressive complex venues offer a premium space for all events. Across the venues there is a diverse mix of contemporary hotels, modern restaurants, funky bars, state of the art of the sporting precincts and finally a cafe serving premium barrister coffee and a selection of freshly made pastries, sandwiches, salads and bakery items.

The conference & event facilities are one of the leading Food & Beverage Operations within inner Brisbane, they accommodate small & large meetings throughout numerous conference rooms or large opulent weddings.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Managers and with endless career opportunities, this role is ideal for candidates that have hospitality or customer service background who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Across all venues there is a direct focus on the customer experience. All casual's will be responsible for ensuring the needs of guests are taken care of, including serving of food and beverages in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
