We are a young Broadbeach based Real Estate Agency that specialise in Holiday and Short Term Executive Rentals, we are service orientated and work in a tightly knit team.
This friendly team is seeking to appoint an experienced reservations sales agent to start ASAP that will be an integral part of our success as they are responsible for selling our holiday rental properties, and doing so with a high level of professionalism and passion. In this role you will also be supporting fellow team members while liaising with guests and contractors on an ongoing basis. General administrative duties along with typing correspondence are also part of this role.
This position requires a mature minded candidate with excellent skills in MS Office along with strong communication, customer service skills and great sales drive.
High attention to detail and good time management with great multi-tasking skills is a MUST.
The position is full time Monday – Friday including weekend work on a rotating roster. Staff are also responsible for taking the after-hours phone to be on call on a rotating roster.

The following skills would be an advantage but not essential
- Previous sales reservations or hotel front desk experience
- Capacity to touch type
- Real Estate or property management experience
- Previous RMS software experience
