An exciting position is available for an experienced Bistro Manager in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne! The Wheelers Hill Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated Bistro Manager to join their team! With awesome views and food to match, the Wheelers is recognised as a great place to dine, and as such, we require an exceptional person to lead our large team of Front of House staff.
Responsibilities for the role include:
· Previous Supervisory or Management experience
· Experience with running a busy bistro
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Supervising, training and motivating staff on shift
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Making and serving coffee
· Mixing drinks and food service
· Use of hotel till systems

The successful applicant will:
· Have previous experience in a similar role & establishment
· Be customer focused and have the ability to exceed all expectations
· Be organised and a team player
· Be passionate about food and wine
· Possess excellent communication skills, coupled with lateral thinking and problem solving.

· Be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
