We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis Chef or Chef de Partie to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career with a successful group, learn from hospitality professionals and improve your skills in a fun, exciting and contemporary venue.
You will have;
- Completed an apprenticeship or trade test
- Minimum 2 years' kitchen experience within a fast paced or similar environment
- Excitement about a challenging, fast paced high volume environment
- High standard of food preparation and productivity
- Experience with Asian cuisine - Chinese
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

Lotus Barangaroo is located on the waterfront, open 7 days for lunch and dinner. Applicants must be available to work nights and weekends.
