Katanning, a picturesque wheatbelt town, 3.5 hours south east of Perth has just had one of the newest, sleekest boutique hotels in the state open in its midst. The Premier Mill Hotel is the new heart of the town for meeting, for eating, for relaxing, celebrating and resting. It currently boasts a busy all day café, and an underground wine bar that keeps the locals and guests watered and fed well into the night.
To join the Premier Mill Management Team, you will be an experienced dynamic duo made up of a Assistant Café Manager and Kitchen Manager from a similar environment who excel in leading and developing people to build the business. Even though you might both have different skills sets, you will both need to be passionate about guest service and able to ensure your team go above and beyond to create a welcome environment for everyone that walks through the door. Together you will be building a guest focused team who can relate to all walks of life and build links in the local community. You will have the ability to set, achieve and maintain targets in Labour and Cost of Goods Management by understanding and harnessing the universal drivers for both areas.
You will report to the General Manager of the Hotel, as well as having a close working relationship with the Group Marketing Manager and Group Executive Chef.
In addition to a salary commensurate with your experience, you will be assisted with a relocation package for your move to Katanning and a fully maintained vehicle and accommodation will also be provided.
