About the Role
The Venue Outlet Manager will be flexible & adaptable in service styles and drive the team to deliver a consistent high level of service to drive revenue. This individual will be an integral part of our award-winning management team, and be responsible for driving the customer service experience and business results in this unique venue. As the Venue Outlet Manager, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager to drive customer service standards and revenue outcomes across other areas of the Food and Beverage operation at the hotel.
Skills & Attributes;
- Knowledge and experience in driving revenue & controlling costs
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a team in a busy bar environment
- Experience in training and motivating a large team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Extensive cocktail knowledge as well as a thorough understanding of spirits on a premium back bar
- Impeccable presentation, both personal and quality of service/product
- Passionate about a career in hospitality
- Hands on
- Creativity, resilience and a focus on a memorable customer experience
- RSA
- QLD RMLV and Approved Manager's License is desirable.
- Full availability for a rotating roster 7 day a week
- Full working rights in Australia
