We now have an opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. This hands on position requires an experienced chef who has a passion for food, is dedicated to quality and thrives on working in a busy work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding premium hospitality group, The Sydney Collective who own and operate Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room, Daniel San, Mona Vale Hotel and The Balcony.
You will be:
- Strict about food safety and hygiene systems
- Quality driven with attention to detail
- Skilled chef, comfortable in a fast paced high volume kitchen
- Experienced with ordering and stocktaking and directing kitchen staf
- Ability to assist achieving budgeted payroll and food costs
