We’re looking for Rental Agents to join our busy Retail Branch located in Tugun, Gold Coast.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Be the professional friendly face of the company at the counter, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Process car rental bookings and paperwork
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers at the counter. Bonus schemes apply
- Process EFTPOS and cash payments
- Inspect vehicles for damage, pre and post rental
- Provide customer support for any other enquiries.
- Meet required KPIs and goals
- Work a flexible shift between 0700 and 2200, seven days a week
The role requires the following skills/attributes:
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills – both face-to-face and on the telephone
- Experience in a retail sales environment is preferred
- Positive and energetic outlook with a bright and friendly personality
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
- Self-motivated with a passion for the tourism industry
- A full open manual driving licence
