This Iconic and well-loved Sydney pub is looking for a Senior Chef to join its team into the new year and beyond.
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be well versed in modern Australian and high quality gastro pub offerings.
A great step up for someone with the right background wanting to secure a solid future, with renovations planned for 2017 – you will have a brand new kitchen to work from.
You will be:
· Experienced in a high quality gastro pub background and understand the Sydney scene.
· Confident and capable of leading and motivating a team to produce food to be proud of.
· Ready to make your mark in a well-recognised venue - being aware of seasonal produce and special event dates - help design the menus to keep us up to date.
You will have:
· The management skills and attention to detail to make your shifts smooth running and good for the next shift.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience with high volume, high quality pizza's, preparing in all sections of the kitchen
· A great employee structure that allows for work/life balance
