This Bar Manager position will really suit you if you are an expert in your field who enjoys putting on a show just as much as you understand your bottom line. Improve the quality of customer care at a bar that offers full food and beverage service.

In this role you will be working in one of the most exciting venues in Narellan behind a bar stocked to the nines! A modern venue offering all your favourite pub grub staples paired with smashing cocktails and Aussie craft beers.

Naturally you will need to be an experienced bar manager with team leadership skills and the ability to performance manage your team.  Ideally you will have solid skills in financial management of the bar and be able to take responsibility for budgets, ordering, wage costs and stock take.

The right candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- A focus on driving sales through customer care and product knowledge
- Ability to implement new procedures while adapting to the venue's         established systems
-Commit to a rotating roster including nights and weekends
