Exciting opportunity for motivated chef with a passion for Spanish and South American food to join our team in our exclusive Cuban Restaurant.
The Cuban is a sophisticated restaurant located in the exclusive Oracle Building, Broadbeach. It captures the essence of Cuban food and drink whilst utilizing elements of contemporary Australian dining culture.
We are seeking a chef who is enthusiastic, hard working and a team player.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Successfully completed certificate 3 in hospitality (commercial cookery)
- At least 2 years experience in quality restaurants
- Flexible, reliable, honest and positive attitude
- Passionate about food
