The Opportunity
An opportunity to join a boutique and innovative provider leading a large aged care facility within the North West Sydney catchment. This role proves an exciting prospect for a driven Facility Manager to step into a General Manager style remit.
The Role
With the opportunity to build a clinical team, this opportunity will offer full oversight of a large, impressive residential aged care facility. This candidate will be responsible for HR including recruitment, whilst driving overall staff culture. With the right skills matrix around ACFI, accreditation, and occupancy drives, this candidate will inherit a truly impactful opportunity.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have;
- 3-5 years experience as a Facility Manager
- Experience working in a aged care dementia setting beneficial
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Aged care legislation knowledge
