Due to ongoing growth, BSS is seeking the services of an enthusiastic and motivated full time, experienced psychologist to live and work in Port Hedland. The position involves general EAP work to employees and family members of a major organisation within the Port Hedland / South Hedland area.
REMUNERATION / BENEFITS
Salary of $120K + superannuation is applicable. Other benefits:

REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Clinical Psychologist or Psychologist with a minimum of 5 years counselling experience.
- Strong clinical skills in psychological counselling with individuals, couples and families (including children from age 6 – 18) to address a broad range of problems presenting in EAP work.
- Competence in brief, solution focused therapy.
- Critical incident response / trauma counselling experience.
- Experience in developing and delivering presentations and training programs tailored to clients’ individual requirements
- Delivery of specialist services such as Fitness for Work assessments, requiring strong report writing skills.
- Capacity to work with various stakeholders.
- Capacity to work outside standard business hours.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Experience delivering professional services in a commercial environment
- Previous experience working with indigenous clients
