The Opportunity
You will be leading dynamic and enthusiastic team members in facilitating social, psychological, recreational, cultural and spiritual well-being activities for residents. You will be designing and delivering programs to bring out the best in both resident outcomes and staff engagement. A permanent role that may include the opportunity work early evenings and weekend if activities and event require it.
You
- Cert IV in Leisure and Health essential or considerable vocational experience
- Highly regarded would be a Diversional Therapy qualification
- Prior team leadership experience advantageous
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Aged Care experience is vital
- Highly skilled communicator
