We are currently seeking an experienced or New Graduate Aged Care Occupational Therapist for permanent OT roles.
This role is based within a residential and community aged care setting in the suburbs of Adelaide.
The role is suitable to individuals that are experienced within this field or new graduates looking to jumpstart their career. Individuals whom are passionate about their career in the aged care specialism are urged to apply if you're looking for a new and exciting opportunity.
The role:
- Working in a residential setting
- Comprehensive assessments
- Provide an advanced standard of assessments to determine residents strengths/capabilties
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Developing care plans
- Pain management programs using an evidence-based approach
- Rehabilitation, reconditioning and falls prevention programs
The applicant:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Passion for delivering high quality care to aged care patients
- Valid National Police clearance
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to manage your own case load
- Be computer literate
- Be able to start ASAP
- Current drivers licence
