What you'll be doing The Maintenance Supervisor provides day to day maintenance supervision for the purpose of maintaining works to buildings, services and equipment. This includes supervising trade staff, contractors, business systems and prioritisation of work orders and ensuring that activities are maintained to an acceptable SWLSHD level. Selection Criteria: Building or Maintenance experience Workplace Health & Safety experience and evidence of participation in an accreditation process Extensive management and coordination experience of maintenance works Experience in a health care setting Experience in supporting the smooth and safe operation of service distributions, isolations and shutdowns of services Liaise with key trades staff and hospital management Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate trades staff. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and independently initiate and prioritise actions to complete complex tasks. Trade qualification and demonstrated previous experience within the maintenance of buildings, equipment and assisting a multiple dispensary trades team. Possession of White Card.
