Speech Pathologist Grade 2
Yarram is a major service center for coastal communities in Gippsland, located south of the Strzelecki Ranges, east of Wilsons Promontory, close to Port Albert and the Tarra Bulga National Park with its beautiful rainforest and walking tracks.
The Yarram & District Health Service has a catchment population of approximately 7000 and is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Speech Pathologists to join our Allied Health team as a Grade 2 clinician.
As a generalist Speech pathologist, you will see clients from our inpatient unit, residential aged care facilities, as well as community clients – both adults and children. You will the sole practicing Speech pathologist however you will be supported by a team of AH professionals that include physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, a Dietician and Allied health assistants. YDHS is also building a new Integrated Health Care Centre and the Allied Health team will be moving into the new building on completion.
