An exciting career opportunity has become available for a passionate Territory Business Manager, Aged Care and Community, NSW to join our Sales Team in NSW.
About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to grow the business by providing solutions to HARTMANN customers; building strong relationships with industry professionals and identifying new business opportunities within the Aged Care and Community sectors.
Reporting to the Sales Manager NSW, you will be responsible for analysing and developing a territory by driving appropriate action plans. Your previous experience in a similar role will help you focus on achieving and exceeding your sales targets and developing strong partnerships with our customers. You will excel at meeting customer requirements through identifying needs and opportunities, servicing the facilities and providing education, solutions and support.
You will have a thorough understanding of the sales reports and your analytical skills will aid you during forecast preparation activities. Your problem solving capabilities and ability to think outside the box will help you excel in the industry and take that territory to the next level. Your resilience, persistence and thorough understanding of the long cycle solution selling will be an asset and will lead you to success in your field.
