About the role
This is an exciting opportunit that has come about due to an internal promotion. This role is responsible for the leadership and strategic management of our operations in Sydney and is an integral position in the WorkFocus Australia senior management team. Reporting through to the State Manager, you will be responsible for the largest team and market share in the state. Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Managing a workforce of over 40 team members, including 6 direct reports
- Financial management and budgeting for the Sydney Metro area
- Driving performance and a culture of customer centricity through people leadership and strategic competence
- Driving continued growth of existing revenue streams and sourcing new business opportunities
About you
- Previous management experience with demonstrated success in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching and managing others
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Tertiary allied health qualifications will be highly regarded
